HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Purchasing from ROYAUMS Outlet is easy:

  1. Once you have found an item, select your size and use the 'ADD TO CART' button to see all payment option or click the PayPal button to proceed with Paypal. 
  2. Review the items in your cart by selecting the ‘CART’ link at the top of the page.
  3. Fill in your contact information.

     

    WHAT ABOUT THE RETURNS/REFUNDS?

    If your order is not satisfactory, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. Returns that do not have a tag, are used or don’t meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

     To return please follow these steps:

    1. Please fill in the return or inspection form correctly and send it to the address as mentioned.
    1. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order or you’ll be send another item. Shipping costs are not refunded.
    1. All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU.
    1. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

     

    WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ROYAUMS OUTLET ACCEPT?

    We accept iDeal, Klarna (Afterpay), Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to ROYAUMS Outlet.

     

    WHERE IS MY ORDER?

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. ROYAUMS Outlet is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.
